- Transfer of Medicaid HIV Case Management Operations:
HIV Case Management Providers,
Effective April 1, 2010, the AIDS Care Unit in the Division of Public Health will no longer be the operating agency for the Medicaid HIV Case Management Program. Contact information for a new vendor will be announced soon by the Division of Medical Assistance (DMA). Also, please be advised that any existing HIV Case Management Certification Applications or future applications for new HIV Case Management providers will be reviewed under new requirements recently approved by CMS. Those requirements will be available in the new HIV Case Management policy once it is posted in upcoming months.
